Our story began in Vietnam

Our family has been in the restaurant business for generations, and we're still at it, now on Colton Avenue in Redlands.

They were passed down through our family. The flavors and cooking methods are the ones we grew up with.

When our family came here, the recipes came too. That includes the family phở recipe, which is the heart of our kitchen.

We're carrying that on here on Colton Avenue, with phở and bánh mì made the way our family has always made them.
